Our Story

You probably know Lee Frank as the owner and chef of Otis Restaurant in Exeter, NH, or from his years as an executive chef at some of the Seacoast’s finest restaurants.

But Lee has always dreamed of something simpler: a great burger and hot dog joint serving the classic American favorites he loves most.

He started flipping burgers at a roadside shack in Los Angeles at just 15, then spent the next summer griddling hot dogs in the San Fernando Valley. That early love for burgers, dogs, chili fries, and shakes has stayed with him ever since.

Now, Lee is bringing those favorites to downtown South Berwick—his home, surrounded by his other favorites: his family.
